Coach R. H. Thompson's Donelson High School lassies, keeping their string of 29 victories alive, Saturday night became the second Donnette aggregation to win the Seventh District basketball championship by downing Hillsboro, 35 to 28, in the finals on the Isaac Litton court.

The victory over Hillsboro, 19th in as many starts this season, was the Donnettes' third in the District tournament. They first bowled over Bellevue, 40 to 33, Tuesday night and then dropped the strong DuPont outfit, 36 to 17, Friday night....
