What are the NEXT 100 years of Bluefields?

Our neighborhood has thrived as a wonderful, family oriented subdivision for over 85 years. With the recent growth of Davidson County, it is important for all Bluefields residents to understand what options our community has available, to insure Bluefields remains GREAT for generations to come!

Metropolitan Zoning Commission:

The Metro Zoning commission offers several options to insure Historic neighborhoods are not impacted by commercial, industrial, or contemporary residential building trends. Robin Zeigler will share with our community ideas, and successful processes other Historic communities in Davidson county have implemented to help insure the retention of their neighborhood roots.
