A toy-collecting contest is now raging among the two patrols of the Donelson Boy Scout troop. The patrol collecting the most used toys will be feted by the losing patrol. The patrols are to make a house-to-house canvass to secure the used toys, which will be repaired by the Scouts and given to needy children on Christmas. A work table has been installed in the Scout meeting place, the Andrew Price Memorial Methodist Church, and work will begin as soon as the toys begin to come. Residents having toys for repair may take them to the Donelson Pharmacy or call 67 and a Scout will call for them.
